LTU (Lufttransport-Unternehmen) is a German holiday charter and scheduled airline. Although the airline is specialised in medium- and long-haul flights, it also has a number of short-haul Airbus A320 and A321 airliners in its fleet. Some of the Airbus A320's are wearing the names and logos of football clubs like Borussia Mönchengladbach, RCD Mallorca and Bayer Leverkusen. The aircraft on the fourth photograph on this page is in LTU standard colours. LTU was founded in 1955 and in 2007 the airline was taken over by Air Berlin.
